study - Polish philology, history of art, Jagiellonian University, Kraków
since 1972 has run galleries of modern art:
Galeria PI (1972-1980) - first private gallery in Poland, non-commercial - many exhibitions of Polish, Czech and German art, meetings with scientists, composers, philosophers.
Galeria Pawilon (1974-1979) - international exhibitions, concerts of electronic music, avangarde theatre (first piece of Bogusław Schaeffer).
Galeria Foto-Video (1979-1981) - international program, exhibitions of works which used video and photography.
Galeria Potocka (1986- ) - private, non-commercial, international program - exhibitions, installations, concerts, non-profit editions, lectures, education program for students. Gallery is now organization office of Museum of Modern Art in Niepołomice.

since 1984 Artists' Collection - the collection includes now 80 international artists and about 700 pieces in all media. The collection has been exhibited six times. 1992 - Congress KBWE (with catalogue), 1993 - BWA Wrocław, Bwa Białystok (with catalogue), 1994 - Historical Museum Kraków, 1995 - Goethe Institut in Kraków, 1997 - Music Festival in Schwaz. This collection will be donated to the Museum of Modern Art in Niepołomice.
