Aleksandra Balmazovič

Was born in 1976 in Celje. She graduated in drama acting from academy of Performing arts in Belgrade in 1999. She played in Ferdinand Bruckner's Magic and Loss in Atelje 212, Belgrade and in Patric Marber's Closer in Kameni teatar 55, Sarajevo, directed by Dragan Marinkovič. In 2000 she created with director Predrsg Štrbac a monodrama »A letter to Dictator«, by motives of fernando Arrabal, in Bitef Theatre, Belgrade. She participated in the performance of Jaša Drnovšek and Matjaž Berger The last flight of Madame Blavatzsky and in Matjaž Berger's project »The Name of the Rose«. Her first screen debut took place in a long-feature film The last dinner, directed by Vojko Anzeljic.
